Felipe has been a partner and member of eB Capital’s investment committee since 2017. He currently holds the position of CFO of Alloha (eB Capital’s portfolio company). Previously, he worked at Louis Dreyfus (2005-2007), Telefônica (2007-2008), Grupo RBS (2009-2011) and at eBricks – currently Igah Ventures (2011-2017). He holds a degree in Economics from Insper and Engineering from FIA

Vitor has been a partner and member of eB Capital’s investment team since 2021. He started his career in 2005 in the treasury of Banco Santander. He later worked at McKinsey & Company (2007-2009/2012-2014), and GIC (2014-2021). Vitor holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA) and an MBA in accounting, entrepreneurship and finance from the Booth School of Business – University of Chicago.

Gabriela is a partner and head of talent and culture management at eB Capital and has been advising on people issues at our investees since 2023. She started her career in 2007 in marketing at Unilever. She later worked at Kaiser Associates (2008-2010), returned to Unilever (2010-2012), Korn Ferry Hay Group (2012-2016), Mercer Portugal (2018-2020), Integration (2020) and worked as a freelance consultant (2020-2023). Gabriela holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-EAESP), a Master in Integral Coaching from Integral Coaching Canada and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Porto (Portugal).

Guilherme is the partner responsible for eB’s support ecosystem, overseeing the Legal, Compliance, Risk and Operations areas. He started his professional career in law firms in 2000, and joined the financial market in 2004. He worked at the following firms: Arsenal Investimentos (2004-2009), Vinci Partners (2009-2015), Velloza Advogados (2015-2018), Cepeda Advogados (2018-2019), Vitreo Gestão/DTVM (2020-2022) and Vórtx DTVM (2022-2023). He Graduated in Law (Mackenzie, 2004), with specializations in economics (CEABE/FGV), corporate law/capital markets (LLMs Insper) and journalism (Cásper Líbero).

Marcela has been a partner and member of the investment team of eB Capital Real Estate since 2023. Marcela is a member of the Board of Directors of Aliansce Sonae+BR Malls Shopping Centers and the Board of Directors of Cyrela. She was Executive Director of the Real Estate Investment Department for Latin America at the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board (2016-2022). Previously, Marcela worked at Clarion Partners, as Head of Real Estate Investments for Brazil (2008-2016) and as Vice President at Capital Trust (2006-2008) and at AIG Global Real Estate (2002-2006).

Marcela holds a degree in civil engineering from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Renan Pereira Henrique has been a principal in eB Capital’s investment team since 2021. He started his career in 2011 at RB Capital. He later worked at Bain & Company (2012-2018) and GP Investments (2018-2021). Renan holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Military Institute of Engineering (IME).

Gabriela joined eB Capital in 2021. She is responsible for the entire legal and compliance area of the company. Prior to joining eB, Gabriela worked for 9 years in the legal department of Hypera. Her last role was as Legal Manager of the Corporate, M&A, Corporate Governance and Capital Markets areas. Before that, she was a lawyer at Cescon, Barrieu, Flesch & Barreto Advogados for over 5 years. Gabriela holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from PUC-SP and an LLM in Financial and Capital Markets Law from Insper.

Ravi has been Head of ESG at eB Capital since 2022. He started his career in 2011 at Pernod Ricard (2011-2012). Later he worked at J.Macedo (2012-2017), Ernst & Young (2017-2019) and was Co-founder of Agenda Brasil do Futuro (2016-2020). Ravi holds a degree in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (2013), a postgraduate degree in Finance from INSPER (2018) and an MBA from IESE Business School (2022).

Loïc has been with eB Capital since 2021, leading the international strategy and business development. Prior to joining eB he worked for 10 years in Renault-Nissan’s strategy consulting practice in Latam and led Renault’s Global Business Services operations worldwide. He holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Technology of Compiègne and a certificate from ESCP Business School (Paris).

Lorival has been with eB Capital since 2023. He is currently the CEO of Alloha, our fiber thesis investee, and Operating Partner of eB Capital. He will be responsible to define Alloha’s growth plan and work on efficiency gain measures and consolidation of the fiber investees, as well as supporting other investments of the portfolio of eB Capital. Prior to joining eB Capital, Lorival was CEO of BRF and CFO of Votorantim Cimentos, CPFL Energia and Estácio Paticipações. He started his career at Citibank, where he worked for 18 years. He is currently a member of the board of Banco Inter and Operating Partner of Advent International. Mr. Luz holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP).

Tarcila joins eB Capital in 2021 as Chief Purpose Advisor. She is responsible for the guidelines related to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. She is currently a Board Member at Korin Agropecuária, Agrogalaxy, Conscious Capitalism, Ethos Institute and represents Brazil in the Multinationals Committee of BLab (certifier of B companies). She is an independent member of the Sustainability Committees of the Simpar Group companies and the Strategy, Innovation and Sustainability Committee of the Baumgart Group. She is a member of the IBGC Innovation Commission and was an independent member of the Sustainability Committee of the Board of Banco Santander SA for 4 years and Duratex SA for 8 years. Tarcila is an economist from FEA/USP, a lawyer from PUC/SP, a Master in Development and Law from Kings College, London, UK, a Board Member trained by IBGC.

Jair Ribeiro has been with eB Capital since 2020, working on new business development in the education sector and monitoring portfolio companies. Ribeiro is a partner and CEO of Sertrading S.A., founder and president of the NGO Parceiros da Educação and Casa do Saber and co-founder of Alicerce Educação. Ribeiro participates in the Management Committee of the Department of Education of the State of São Paulo and is a member of the Board of the NGO Todos pela Educação. He holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo, an economics degree from the Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation, and an LLM from the University of California, Berkeley.
