Graduated in Engineering from PUC Goiás and post-graduated in Administration and Finance. I have experience in companies focusing on customer relationship management, investment portfolio management, and maintaining and prospecting relationships with investors in the Private Segment. Additionally, I possess skills in raising funds from MFOs and SFOs in the alternative investment funds market, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.

Graduated in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a postgraduate degree in Finance from IBMEC-SP. Has 26 years of experience in the financial market, with 13 years of experience in the relationship with Institutional Investors, mainly Pension Funds. Worked as an investment advisor for pension funds at Mercer. The last two jobs experiences was at asset management’s firms such as Fator Administração de Recursos and Hectare Capital, as responsible for the relationship with institutional clients, with the main focus on increasing the institutional investor base (pension funds, investment offices and MFOs) and the relationship with distributors.

Bruno Garcia joined eB Capital in 2020. His responsibilities include thesis origination, analysis, performance monitoring and due diligence of prospective investments, as well as monitoring investments already executed. He worked for 6 years at Arlon Group, where he joined as an intern and left as an associate and had a lot of contact with Private Equity in his career. Before that he worked at Betânea Lácteos as Board Obersver. Bruno graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Ricardo Chaibub Filho is an associate of the investment team and joined eB Capital in 2023. Ricardo is responsible for the origination of thesis, analysis, performance monitoring and due diligence of prospected investments, in addition to monitoring the investments already made Ricardo started his career at HSI – Hemisfério Sul Investimentos, where he worked for 3 years, later he worked at Kora Saúde, Americanet and Varanda Holdings. Ricardo has a degree in Business Administration from Insper. .

Pedro joined eB Capital in 2022. His responsibilities include the analysis, performance monitoring and due diligence of prospective investments, as well as follow-up on investments already made. Prior to joining eB, Castro worked at VELT Partners and Bain & Company. Pedro graduated in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP).

Fernanda Toledo is an analyst on the infrastructure team and joined eB Capital in 2023. She is responsible for analyzing, monitoring performance, and conducting due diligence on prospective investments. Prior to joining eB, Fernanda worked for 2 years as an intern and analyst in Investment Banking at One Partners. Fernanda holds a degree in Economics from Insper University.

Nicholas Vergueiro joined eB Capital in 2023. He is responsible for the analysis, performance monitoring and due diligence of prospective investments. Prior to joining eB Capital, Nicholas worked at HIG Capital. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics from Insper.

André Abudi is an analyst in the investment team and joined eB Capital in 2023. André is responsible for the analysis, performance monitoring and due diligence of prospective investments. He worked as an analyst at Canary and holds a degree in Finance and Business Analytics from the Wharton School.

Luiz Santin joined eB Capital in 2021. He is responsible for calculating fund shares, structuring funds, and other fund-related functions. Before joining eB Capital, Luiz worked at JP Morgan in private equity for over five years and later at Schroders. Prior to that, he started his career at TOV Capital Markets and Share Trading (Pty) Ltd and later moved to Banco Votorantin before joining JP Morgan. Santin holds a degree in economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC).

André joined eB Capital in 2022. He is responsible for the analysis, performance monitoring and due diligence of prospective investments. André holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the School of Economics, Business Administration and Accounting and Actuary of the University of São Paulo (FEA USP).

Jessica joined eB Capital in 2023. She is responsible for overseeing the company’s controllership, financial planning, and accounting. Before joining eB Capital, she worked in the finance and accounting departments of Hectare Capital, QI Tech, CGI, and Novartis. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Financial Management from UMESP (Metodista University of São Paulo), a postgraduate degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics from FIAP, and is currently pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Data Analysis at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

Victor joined eB in 2023. He is responsible for assisting with all financial and accounting aspects of the company. Before joining eB Capital, Victor worked at QI Tech and Bhub, always in the financial area. He holds a degree in Business Informatics from FATEC.

Deise Gerhardt joined eB Capital as an executive assistant in 2020. Her responsibilities include providing administrative support to the team and overseeing general office activities. Prior to EB Capital, Deise worked for 12 years at the RBS Group as an executive assistant and office manager. Deise has a degree in executive secretarial studies from the Faculdade de Tecnologia Internacional de Curitiba.

Sonia joined eB Capital in 2021. Her responsibilities include providing administrative support to the team and overseeing general office activities. Before joining eB, she worked for three years at BRF and for years at Petrobras. Sonia has a degree in Business Administration from Faculdade Sudoeste Paulistano.

Carolina joined eB Capital in 2024. Her responsibilities include supporting the investment team, where she assists in the analysis, performance monitoring, and due diligence of potential investments. Carolina is an undergraduate student in Economics at the School of Economics of São Paulo at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV EESP).
